Washing and Care Instructions

For t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

For embroidery items (such as hats):

  • Hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent, and run on a delicate cycle.
  • Do not scrub directly on the embroidery, and turn the item inside out before washing
The Graphic Design Appears Slightly Distressed

Do not fear this is completely normal. Most of our design are made to have a vintage 'distressed' or slightly 'worn' look to them. This is done because the majority of our customers feel this makes the design look more realistic and also helps the design blend in with the color of the fabric.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides by clicking the button below. You can also find our size guides on the product pages for each item in the size section.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Order cancellations and/or modifications must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of order placement. After that time has elapsed we cannot commit to any changes being made to your order but we will try our best to help.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

It usually takes us 2-5 working days to dispatch the items after which delivery is usually 3-5 more working days.

Express shipping is available for some items in some regions which will have a faster delivery. You will be advised on the delivery time for express shipping at checkout if applicable.

During peak seasons (such as Christmas) delivery may take slightly longer.

For customers outside of the EU, UK and USA delivery can take up to 14 working days. Please contact us if you have issues with your delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to most places including the USA, UK, Canada and most European countries.

There are certain places we do not ship to such as: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, and Vatican City, Russia or Russian controlled regions of Ukraine, Belarus, The Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.

This may not be a full list of regions we do not ship to so if you are based outside of the UK, USA and EU please contact us before placing an order.

I Want To Return An Item

Please note we are only obliged to accept returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty items or items missing core components. This is also provided the item is within the 14 day return window of you receiving your item.

After this date no returns will be accepted. If you are unhappy with your item for another reason please contact us and we will see what we can do to resolve the issue.

b. Our customer support representatives are dedicated to resolving any concerns or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

c. We believe that open communication and collaboration can often lead to a satisfactory resolution without the need for a chargeback.



2. Chargeback Fees:

a. In the event that a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with our customer support team or is deemed to be frivolous or fraudulent, we reserve the right to charge a chargeback fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

b. The chargeback fee amount will be communicated to you before it is charged, and it will be deducted from any refund amount, if applicable.



3. Chargeback Validity:

a. A chargeback is an option provided by your financial institution to dispute a transaction and request a refund.

b. It is important to note that initiating a chargeback without prior contact with our customer support may lead to delays in resolving your issue and can negatively impact our ability to provide quality service.



4. Chargeback Investigation:

a. Upon receiving a chargeback notification, we will be notified by our payment processor or financial institution.

b. We will conduct a thorough investigation into the transaction, including reviewing order details, communication history, and any supporting documentation provided by both parties.

c. As we are beholden to timelines provided by issuing banks, the investigation process may take up to several weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.



5. Resolution and Refunds:

a. If the chargeback is deemed valid and supported by sufficient evidence, we will comply with the decision made by the financial institution.

b. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, any refund issued by us will be reversed, and the original transaction will be reinstated.
