Shipping

• Items are typically processed within one week after which delivery is usually within 2-5 days. Deliveries outside of the UK, USA and EU typically take slightly longer.
• You should receive a tracking code once the item is dispatched so you can keep track of where your item is and when it will arrive.
• Free shipping is available on items in the USA, EU and UK over $80 (or the equivalent of this amount in the local currency).
• Shipping is calculated at the checkout and based on the destination country and weight of the items.

Returns

• We have a 14 day return and exchange policy.
• If you are unhappy with your order due to receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective item you can email us at contact@unknownescapes.com within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund/exchange providing the item is in the same condition as when it arrived.
• If you are unhappy with your order for another reason (such as ordering the wrong product or not wanting the item) and it is within the 14 day period please email us and we will try to help you.
• Please send proof of any defects when emailing us as this will speed up the return/exchange process.
• After 14 days no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
